Methods of payment we accept are Paypal, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover).
If you wish to return an item and would like a refund, you must return item within 7 days after you’ve received product. Refunds will only be of purchase price + original shipping price. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.
If you are returning item that is defective you must contact us immediately. Item must be returned within 7 days after you’ve received product. Refunds are only given upon return of item. Please send a note along with product which states reason for return.
Currently we only ship to United States and Canada. The current methods of shipping for United States are First Class, and Priority Mail. The current methods for Canada are First Class International and Priority Mail International. Our minimum shipping charges are as follows.
Minimum Shipping Charges
United States First Class Mail $3.50
United States Priority Mail $5.00
Canada First Class International $3.75
Canada Priority International $10.50
After Minimum Shipping Charges have been reached the shipping will be calculated based on weight to the nearest ounce.
We can’t be held responsible for how long the shipper takes to deliver product. We have no control over this once item has left our hands. Typically it takes 2-3 days to arrive at your location (U.S. only). If you are from Canada it could take anywhere from 7-21 days due to customs. However, this varies on your location. If the item is a gift please allow sufficient time for receipt of the item.
Brand New items we sell will have a 30 day warranty from manufacturing defects only.
Used items will have a 100% guaranteed to arrive in working condition. All used items have been tested by us for several hours.
