This is for a Manual Only No Game is Included. I will start by saying this manual is used. With that being said it may have some normal wear and tear do to age and use of manual. This manual has some dog ears on the corners. Binding is 100% intact except for the cover which is ripped down the top and bottom of binding. There is writing on the contents page and a mark on page 8. Manual has sticker damage on front and back cover of manual.
